Sanders just promised not to deport any illegal immigrants who do not have a criminal record. How can you be an illegal immigrant and not have a criminal record? You can't, because illegally immigrating is a crime. Now, if he meant he wouldn't deport illegal immigrants who have not committed any crimes other than illegally immigrating, then that is a big, big problem.
