Question about Shattered populations!

I am curious what the current populations of the shattered portion of Gemstone IV. Is it a lot of multi account players or is it coming back to life? Right now I am currently getting into ESO. Its just not GS though :/ Any info would be helpful. thanks.

Current population logged in 30. As for multi-accounts, I could be wrong, but I think it is down and more of the accounts are actual people. I'm down to 2 accounts for money reasons, and I think a number of people have come back recently.
