The charm may not be altered by the majority of merchants (a select few might have special permission in certain circumstances).

Currently, the charm has 99 charges left.  A recharging merchant may be able to recharge or add charges to the charm.

You can RAISE the charm.  If you have a disk, the charm will transform how it looks.

You get no sense of whether or not the charm may be further lightened.

Turns your disk into a toy chest or something. Or maybe it's random, I dunno. I used 1 charge to test it out.
