Hey, I did that, too! Mine was perhaps more on the adventurous side than relaxing, braving the Puget Sound off the coast of Langley, WA on Whidbey Island. Whidbey is known for heavy currents and of course, you have to hang on when the hot shot boaters go racing by and send some heavy wake. Lots of fun, though! Later we saw a heron and a sea lion, just chilling together on the docks. Beautiful weekend of sunshine in the PNW.Originally Posted by Velfi

I looove Kayaking. We go around the island in Maine, and across the lake to main land. It is a ton of fun. I like to think there are no scary animals tho. Loons are freaky with their red eyes.
