This comes from aerial swing dancing where you basically flip the girl around your body like a pair of nunchuks.

But the full move we're naked of course and you don't lose control of the female just keep flipping her until she pukes. heh. I need like 20 lbs of more muscle to pull it off however, without things getting unsafe. Cramming down the Whey and pushing 350 on the bench may cut it though...
