That being said, IMO when a pic is sent via PM or other method, if that person specifically asks for it to be kept private, the right thing to do is not send it to begin with, because the internets is not a safe place for boobs and wangs to not be made public no matter who you're dealing with.

I'm not circulating pictures of my penis for my own reasons but that being said this just reeks of being intentionally obtuse. If you're at a bar and an anonymous woman comes up to you and asks to see your penis I'll put money on the table you'd be more comfortable showing it to her than you would be to showing it to a anonymous man.

I think there is a big difference in your example, and posting/sending a picture though. If you expect a pic you send to someone to remain confidential, you are missing human nature. How many people have sex tapes posted AFTER a falling out, or pics after a blow up? If you don't expect that once the pic leaves your computer or phone it doesn't suddenly become pubic domain, I'd argue you are retarded.
