What Are You Wearing?

I like Tysander's outfit, and the new hair (the old hair bugged me, but he took my suggestion!) but I don't think it's really "traditional", given that males of Elanthia who don't wear kilts primarily wear pants, shoes, and a shirt, the same primary male clothes worn today. If it were a cotehardie, tunic, breeches, doublet, hose, whatever.. then I'd say traditional.

Mind you, I've seen Tysander in a cotehardie and he does pull it off

Actually, when I mentioned his traditional wear, I wasn't referring to the outfit he has on, I was referring to his ability to wear traditional clothing and do it well. I still stand by the statement that all of his outfits that I have been privy to are very well done and I applaud his ability to wear traditional clothing as well.

She is in good shape.
She is wearing a circlet of dangling mirror-finished electrum teardrops, a hooded pale crane feather capelet, a high-waisted pale green-on-ivory jacquard gown with long pointed sleeves, and a pair of low-heeled cream suede slippers.

She is wearing a shimmering white fur wrap, a backless sunrise purple satin gown with a flowing train of fading pink silks, a petite vaalin Nalfein signet ring, a white kidskin purse, and a pair of delicately-pointed glossy white kidskin poulaines.

She is wearing a black raven-feathered cavalier hat, a suspended glowbark leaf choker, an austere cobalt suede coat flared slightly towards the knee-length hem, a black linen open-collared shirt, an obsidian and pale silver ring, a pair of soft black suede pants, and some tall ankle-strapped black leather boots.

Choker:
A wide band of linked glistening obsidian tiles forms the collar portion of the piece, fastened in the back with a platinum hook-and-chain clasp. Suspended from the lower edge of the choker is a pale glowbark leaf, perfectly preserved with a thin layer of clear lacquer. The delicate tracery of veins across the leaf's surface provides a dark contrast to its ghostly radiance.

Ring:
Brightly polished pale silver has been forged into a wide, flat band and artfully inlaid with tiny slivers of glistening black obsidian in the shape of a burning rose. Each sliver has been strategically placed to give the hint of a petal or flicker of flame in an elegant minimalist style.
