Been there, done that... and it sucks.

Also hate it when you think you've got enough spirit to raise and wind up causing your own spirit death even though you raised your victim.

Thats right up there with forgetting to disarm a trap after you see it because you're too busy talking and setting it off area wide on the dais...

Or intending to cast 425 on yourself and accidentally typing 435.

Life is full of hazards it seems.

Scale traps are my downfall....lockpick in hand picked it got distracted put lockpick away and let the arrows fly <blush> luckily I have only done that when alone somewhere.

When my cleric raises, I always stash her to meditate to full spirit before logging, so I don't die next time. So yeah.. I never check.

Until the one time i did just what Ganalon said. Now I check like 19 times.

Well, the corpse he raised had 2 large bleeders on him. Kind of like forgetting to check a box for traps, as was previously mentioned.

That sucks but happens to the best of us. Everyone slips up now and again. The problem arises when the once in a blue moon becomes a common occurence.
