The butthurt party consisted of a GM going full Karen, then lying that Discord's actual Admins were requiring them to moderate specific things, then banning people who called the GM out for lying. I thought Wyrom himself said Discord required them to moderate specific things.

The butthurt party consisted of a GM going full Karen, then lying that Discord's actual Admins were requiring them to moderate specific things, then banning people who called the GM out for lying. I won't name any names, but it rhymes with "Itzel is a crusty, power tripping taint."

I'm referring to the Hulk Hogan meltdowns, which happened at mostly the same time. People were big mad over not being able to trash on Hogan 2 seconds after he died and call people bigots.

Apparently there was some other shit happening over something "sexist" being posted at mostly the same time, but I missed most of that.

Is this confirmed or are people just assuming? Seems like a pretty huge thing to lie about while they're making acutal policy updates over it. I don't know fuck about that side of Discord.

We have a series of updates coming to help us monitor, moderate, and automate areas of our in-game POLICY, our ⁠discord-rules, and our general code of conduct and terms of service.

The first one to launch will be a channel under the announcements category to let it be known if comments, threads, posts, and so one were pulled. On top of our own server rules, we also have the community server rules we need to uphold on this server to remain a community server. A big part of that is we have to agree to certain moderation. We have some tools that will help us do this moderation which you'll see after this announcement is live.

There are a lot of channels and not as many eyes to watch them all as things go live, so we have to lean on new ways to help us out so that we don't jeopardize this form of communication with our player base.

Tikba, who is toxic as fuckall, has been blasting explosive diarrhea all over the place over this issue, insisting that it's made up.

Tikba is also the reason why they banned politics from GS Discord not very long ago.

The absolute worst is Tikba pretending like she doesn't know exactly why those posts were pulled. At least the others were like "Yeah we probably shouldn't have said it, but fuck it."

"Discord is pushing right wing politics because we can't call people racist Nazis!"

I bet 90% of complaints on Discord are directly related to Tikba.

I'm still not 100% clear on what was Dendum's breaking point because I don't really pay much attention to Discord.

Tikba ironically acts like a Nazi who wants to shut down everyone she disagrees with, all the while calling everyone she disagrees with a Nazi.

But apparently there is a lot of rule breaking going on in the "Off-Topic" section on the official Discord, but apparently there is some debate as to whether or not there really was rule breaking going on or if a GM was lying about it in an attempt to silence people.

I mean for sure there was at least some rule breaking going on, and the examples I am aware of all involve Tikba. Shortly after Trump's second win she went on a rant about Trump voters being Nazis and she lamented the fact that the GMs wouldn't ban Trump supporters because Simu wanted their money. No, really, this actually happened, Tikba threw an actual tempter tantrum because Simu wouldn't ban players for voting Republican. This led to Wyrom saying okay no more politics talk.

A couple months later people were talking about how much they like their Teslas and Tikba started to not-so-subtlety refer to everyone as Nazis if they expressed support for Tesla because Elon Musk was a Nazi and, I shit you not, Tesla was a Nazi company. She was told to knock it off and she played victim by saying she doesn't understand how referring to Nazis as Nazis is against the rules and she kept doing this with the GMs while the GMs continued to allow her to refer to other customers as Nazis.

Within minutes of Hulk Hogan dying she was calling him a racist Nazi and saying he was burning in hell, when the GMs said that's enough of that shit she once again played victim saying she doesn't understand what is wrong with calling a racist a racist and that it doesn't hurt anyone because Hulk Hogan is dead.
