Plat only has 3 characters with a billion or more silver, and one of those has been inactive for a good amount of time. Most players sit below 50m total silvers available to them, while the richer folks might have 200-500m. Not a lot of silver farming outside of a couple characters really goes on there.

Plat has better geared characters as an average when compared to Prime (excluding the top tier whales), but there are far fewer players. The item influx, even if it were fully free-for-all, wouldn't really be as massive as some think.
