Before these stories started popping up you can find two different instances where Biden clearly tells the world that Harris has been detrimental to all the plans passed by his administration. She's been involved with everything they've been working on.

Sure, you can say that Biden has her best intentions at heart, but you can also look at the turmoil around her and say that Biden is trying to subtly sabotage her by letting the world know that she was involved and that she has had the power to make changes all these years because look at the work she did with him.
