GEF gloves w/ 90k in unlocks

Selling some RTFA half-gloves. They are 91k OTS with:
- GEF (60k bs)
- Lightning (15k bs)
- Override (15k bs, lets you use them with cat b flaring weapons, bonded weapons).
- Gloves (1k bs)

I like them but they just don't work the way I was told they'd work with my 1604 flares. They work really well with all Cat D scripted flares, and with Override you can use the GEF and lightning flares over the flares in your weapon.

Does this add incremental flares to a weapon with category b and d flares? Or just optionally replaces them?

I'm not 100% on that. People have discussed these things for hours so plenty of info out there. I don't want to give you the wrong information.

I can say that on my T3 briar sword, that's bonded to me (so 1604 fills cat b), until I unlock override I couldn't use the gloves. Once I got override, lightning replaced 1604 and GEF worked, and I still got the Cat D briar poision flares.

Isn’t there a stamina cost associated with when they flare?

It only overrides the cat b slot for sure, so you still get animalistic flares, for example? And still get GEF and lightning?

Yeah, when the GEF flares go off, it costs 5 stamina. Barely noticed it but everyone is different.

I use a briar sword, the lightning from the gloves, the GEF lightning and the poison flares all work together without an issue. I got these because I was told that while I run 1618, infuse 1603 into my bonded weapon, after a kill I'd get all those flares and the 1604 flares. Just for that one swing. It actually worked but that one swing for me comes so rarely that it is not worth replacing my 1604 flares the rest of the hunt with the lightning and GEF lightning from the gloves. Just my opinion. I like my plasma flares.
