The problem is that there are many mentally ill people who actually believe that Donald Trump is the antichrist, Hitler reincarnated, etc. If someone can believe that in their heart of hearts, they can morally justify an assassination.

I say there is a time & a place for political violence, but it’s an absolute last resort when all other options have been exhausted. That time & place is neither here nor now. Despite the polarization and bitterness in our country, we have it really good here. People have no idea how fortunate we are living in America. As much as I vehemently disagree with the Biden admin on policy & the leadership of this country, my only violence is casting my vote at the “battle box” (pun intended).

However, I will never give up my guns & I’m never go willingly alive into a cattle cart with a destination to some government sponsored camp. That’s my line in the sand.
