Arrows:
Arrows range from +1 to +30
anything over 10x is halved. So in effect, the bow is random 8x to 12x each shot
Arrows from bow are damage weighted 50% of the time and crit weighted the other 50% - unsure of actual weighting, but I speculate it to be in the 2-5pt range


Poison Flares:
Has 2 types of flares: poison and status effect flares
Invisible poison flares on ~50% of shots
Poison flares do from about 30 to 80 per in damage - refreshable upon another hit (not sure on stackable)
Standard flare rate for status effect poison flares - bind, blind, stun, prone (these flares poison as well).


Verified it can be transmuted and will remain all above functionality.

I got a question about if this is transmuted, if it will keep the poison flares. The answer is yes according to Wyrom who checked it for me as I was going to transmute it.
