I've been slowly going through Lock Mastery, but it is a pain in the ass with some of the stupid trainer tasks.
So I turned to trying this out.
Here's what rank I'm on:

Tangled vines and overgrown shrubs provide a home for the stray birds and small mammals that have made their way through the broken glass into the conservatory. The singing and chattering provide background noise for the members training on the mats laid out on the gravel paths below. A large fig tree has broken its way through the ceiling. You also see Master Footpad Ogdin, Master Footpad Varant and Master Footpad Sneck.

You ask Varant about getting some training in Lock Mastery.
Varant pulls you aside for some instruction.

This dark corner is far enough away from the bustle of the room to provide a little peace and quiet...perfect for reflection and training. You also see Master Footpad Varant.

Varant produces a thick silvery lockpick and examines it for a few minutes before saying, "You'd never know from a casual glance, but this is one nice lockpick. Part of the job is knowing the tools of the trade. Any genius with half a brain can order the proper lockpick out of a lockpick shop, and a talented locksmith can learn a lot about a pick after they've gone through a hojillion locks with it. You, on the other hand, won't always have those luxuries, so we're gonna teach you what to look for so's you can tell a masterpiece from just a piece."
Varant brings in a small wooden table and lays out five plain lockpicks on its smooth surface. "All I want from you," she says, "is to choose the best one of these and hand it to me. Anything you learn from it should be considered. Just take your time."

And that is it. I stood there until the master told me that I had 10 minutes left. I do nothing, but stand there.
