I’m all for trans people, don’t care about them, if they wanna be trans or whatever, good for them! Not my business. But I still can’t see where they don’t have the same rights and privileges as anyone else.
Last I checked, they have every single right and privilege afforded to every US citizen. They just want special treatment imo. I’m Half-Asian, I got bullied when I was growing up, I don’t remember seeing any “Slant eyes unite” movements.

Edited: I need to trademark that slogan.

By your logic, any type of clothing with any type of words on it could be considered offensive to someone. Therefore, no one should be wearing anything with words. Got it.

I agree with you quite a bit on a wide range of topics, but not this.
    1. Who says the parents forced anything?
    2. Why is it a right wing slogan?
    3. How is saying a simple biological fact harassing, threatening or intimidating, or hate speech?

Should we just ban all words on clothing? Since everything has the ability to be offensive to someone? What about color as well? In some cultures color has a very significant meaning. Should we just force everyone to wear black and white? What happens if the people prefer white over black, will the black people says that’s racist?

    Where does this silliness end?

Obviously not because that's not a personal attack on another person. If a kid wore a shirt saying, 'breeders are disgusting' or 'White is right.' are all equally disgusting personal beliefs which when put on display are impinging on others. Regardless, schools are places of learning, bullying is not acceptable in any form or any provocation.

Who says it’s not a personal attack? What happens if a flat earther says, it’s a personal attack, and is offended by it? Does his opinions and feelings not matter?

    1. Because middle school kids don't have hatred in their hearts towards others who aren't like them. That's a learned trait. Middle school kids also don't have Amazon accounts and credit cards to purchase their own hateful prints. A kid who doesn't even know what the Constitution is yet isn't going to be spontaneously arguing their first amendment right to slander other gendered people.

    2. Because the Republican party across the nation has been the party which has been restricting trans rights and trying to convince everyone that trans people are all deviants.

    3. Because person who identifies as someone other than male or female is being personally attacked by being told they're somehow wrong for being agendered or other gendered. Kids that age don't sport ideologies, nor they advocate for the right to appear clothing bearing discriminatory slogans.

Are flat earthers a protected class? Is there case law establishing discrimination against flat earthers falls within the reasonable person standard used in Courts? No

So hate, discrimination, harassment and everything else, doesn’t matter, against a group of people, because they aren’t a protected class? Really?

Protected class? You are a trans-supremacist... You are arguing that because the LBGTQ+ are a special class of people, a fact statement on a tee shirt becomes hate speech. That doesn’t sound the least bit irrational to you?

Everything else is pretty broad. Saying the 'Earth is round.' wouldn't be offensive and would clearly pass the reasonable person standard. A shirt meanwhile that said, 'Flat earther's are subhuman' would probably require a shirt change. But since geophysics isn't a protected class, there is obviously no legal reunifications.
