Thread: Russia Just Invaded Ukraine

"Armed mob"? A whole THREE people were charged with gun related crimes from that night, ONE of which was charged with possessing a gun because his HOUSE had firearms in it after the police raided his home, another had a gun in his truck. So that leaves a whole ONE mostly peaceful protester with a gun.

And let's not forget the police shot and murdered an unarmed woman for climbing through a window.

Hell, I'll take something so general as it states 10% went to bottled water, 5% to rations. I mean, you can gen that up in no time at all right? it's ONLY $60,000,000,000 dollars.
60b, zero lives lost, and the downfall of our adversary, the second “strongest” military and the death of their economy.
Compared to what other wars cost, in terms of American lives and what not, I’d say it’s a win and a small price to pay to protect the liberties and freedoms of a country that a tyrant is trying to wipe off the planet.

Imagine paying 60b to take out Germany in WW2, instead of the price the world paid, or 750b+ in direct spending for the Iraq war or since your brought up tax payers… over $2,000,000,000,000 the tax payers ended up paying.

Iirc almost none of it was direct money given, but equipment and what not.

Broke down quite well what was spent.

"North Korea warns of 'all-out' nuclear weapons response to 'threats' from U.S., allies"

Man... I sure miss the days when the US clowned Little Rocket Man... remember all those "experts" warning about the "Doomsday Clock" under Trump? I sure do... Whew, good thing we got rid of that guy... am I right?

This is what happens though when morons elect a fucking weak ass bitch to be President... he get's treated like a weak ass bitch.

So glad the world is safer now, under the caring and understanding stewardship of President Biden. Thank goodness we have him to lead us into such calm and quiet times... oh wait...

That's the definition of the new arms-length diplomacy the United States has adopted after a series of horribly disastrous wars in the Middle East and I reeally think it's effective. 60B is a lot of money, but likely a drop in the bucket got the positioning of additional troops surrounding Ukraine if it was fully annexed. Let's not forget the loss of trade goods.

"US defense chief: 'Tyranny and turmoil' in Russian invasion"

Ahh... remember when we didn't have to hear this all the time?

Good to know the establishment is getting back to business as usual.

By 'Establishment' you're referring to Russia prior to it's wave of autocratic invasions of the last ten years obviously.

You mean under Democrat Presidents? I do, I do.

Weird how there was a 4 year pause on all that right in the middle of those 14 years huh?

Russia invaded Chechnya and Georgia under Bush, Ukrainian Crimea under Obama, asserted it's political control over America under Trump, and invaded Ukraine proper under Biden. Pretty well established those four years were his trying to gain dominance over our country through his puppet GOP president.
