I couldn’t give a shit to be honest. I’ve never thought to myself “I need body armor”. Anyone who has thought this or currently thinks this is likely a fucking psycho who shouldn’t have guns to begin with.

Well I have to work and do business in some pretty rough neighborhoods as a landlord, and sometimes I wear iiia (soft) body armor concealed under a shirt. And I also conceal carry. You haven’t seen what I’ve seen.

That’s a pretty narrow and dare I say privileged view you have that because you don’t see of experience crime/violence in your life that anyone just trying to protect themselves is a psycho… I’m supposed to just be defenseless because you say so? You don’t know me man…

Then again, Democrats also convinced their base that police using tear gas launchers were really "grenade launchers", and that police using APCs were really "tanks", so I guess this is par for their course for their far left base.

Tell you what Shaft… If you can afford the gas, take a drive into the roughest part of the inner city of any major top 10 populated city that is closest to you. Then get out of your car and spend the whole day or night walking around in those public areas. If and when you come back alive, then tell us again how anybody who might want ti wear armor and/or carry a weapon for self defense is likely a psycho.

Fresh out of high school I did door to door sales in southeast DC, so like 2000-2002. In a suit, literally walking around the entire day. Nothing happened after months of this and this is the worst part of DC by far.

Shaft is likely talking about full tactical gear, not you "soft" body armor. I don't know though, that seemed to be what he was implying.

They work kinda similar to those tee shirt launchers you see at sporting events. It’s what is in the launcher that counts. Grenades, tear gas canisters, etc.

Full tactical gear, however that is defined, the core point remains the same. Who are you to tell what a free citizen needs or doesn’t need to stay alive in whatever it is they are legally doing? Just because you may not need it or can’t think of a good reason, doesn’t mean that a good reason doesn’t exist for someone else. That’s what we call tyrannical.
