Thread: Oil: How high will it go under Biden?!

Default Oil: How high will it go under Biden?!

    Apparently the sky's the limit!

Remember when Seran said we should be thanking Biden for making gas cheaper, with oil dropping from 70 dollars per barrel to a staggeringly low 68 dollars per barrel?

Now that the cost of oil has nearly doubled since that time I have to wonder a few things:

    1) Will Seran and the rest of the far left brigade now finally admit this energy crisis is Biden's fault since he seemed to think he was responsible for oil dropping a whole 2%?
    2) Will Seran and the rest of the far left brigade finally admit Biden is a complete failure at everything and the US, and to some extent the entire Western world, can't survive another 2+ years with Biden as president, much less 6+ years?
    3) Just how high will gas and inflation rise due to Biden's incompetence? To be fair it's not just Biden's incompetence, it's the incompetence of the entire Democrat party, Biden just happens to be head honcho at the moment.

Some experts are already predicting oil hitting 200 dollars per barrel within a couple of years and inflation hitting 15% within a year if things continue at this pace. For those who may not know, we used to laugh at countries experiencing a 15% inflation rate and called them a failed state. Now that's us under Biden.

For those idiots who don't math very well: when oil was ~70 dollars per barrel, gas in my area was about 3.50 per gallon. So at 200 dollars per barrel we're looking at 10 dollars per gallon.

At 15% inflation, a worker earning 50k dollars a year will effectively only be earning 42.5k dollars a year. This 42.5k doesn't even factor in the already 8% inflation Biden has already saddled us with. This means this person earning 50k a year would need an hourly raise of $3.60 every year just to keep up with Biden's inflation. Something that I doubt very many workers earning 50k a year receive.

So, once again, thanks alt-leftists for ruining the lives of not just yours, but of everyone else. But hey, at least you no longer have to read article after article of the latest mean thing Trump tweeted right?!

This just in, Dreaven supports nationalization of oil companies and oil refiners. The only control the President has over private companies who refuse to unidle existing wells, or step up the 87% refinery production.

No but for real though, why are high gas prices hardly receiving any attention? Oh right, a Democrat is in the White House.

It took years for gas prices to reach 4 dollars a gallon back during the Bush years, it was a slow creep and yet every step of the way the news and Democrats were screaming their heads off.

Now that gas prices have sky rocketed in a matter of months and some cities have seen 6 dollars a gallon and some are even approaching 7 dollars a gallon, and comparatively speaking it is receiving hardly any attention at all from the media and Democrats, and the attention it does receive is simultaneously "Russia's fault!" and "Ban all oil from Russia!"

It's like no one seems to care. I wonder if people realize that these increased prices are going to soon show up in increased prices for literally everything.

Sure you might be thinking "So what if I have to pay an extra 40 bucks a week for gas? At least Orange man is no longer president! LOL!"

Just wait until prices for goods catches up to the increased cost of gas. You really think gas prices doubling isn't going to increase the cost of everything? Like companies are just gonna eat the increased cost of shipping their shit all around the globe and to your local store?

Buckle up, folks! If you thought the first year of Biden was bad, you ain't seen shit yet.

Do yourselves a favor: stock up on shit NOW while the prices are "low", you'll be saving yourself a few hundred dollars down the line when prices get out of control.

What?! Gas prices are up? Why don't they ever report that on the news?
Houses have always been fireproof, take my word for it.

Oh goodie! Biden is going to announce a ban on all gas and oil imports from Russia without first securing more oil and gas from other sources or helping US energy companies pump more out of the ground!

Get ready for 10+ dollars a gallon for gas and spending about 300 bucks a month to heat your home in the winter!

Biden is the best president ever!

This bill was 900 this Feb year, 600 Feb 2021, and 400 in Feb 2020. Just a minor increase in NY

Pocket change! I would be surprised if it doesn’t increase another 50%+ by next year.

I've never blamed a president for gas prices ever. It's cool to pretend it's that simple and vandalize private property with stickers but regardless of what you think, typically our gas prices are the lowest in the world. Even when they're high.
