Is it a "we" problem or a "European" problem?

It would really help us understand the Democrat view of whether we spend less on military or more on military. So far, there hasn't been a Democrat mention drawing down our defense spending to pre-Obama Afghanistan levels.

I said we as in it's the world's problem now. Sanctions wouldn't have made a difference in this.

Putin doesn't seem to like the minor uprising in Belarus and kazakhstan as they appear to be a threat to him. Seems to me he thought he'd walk in like during Obama years and no one would bat an eye.

I'm all for the current approach. Keep our forces out and supply the Ukrainians. Much cheaper than deploying tens of thousands of troops and armor with minimal risk to personnel.

As for the United Kingdom, you obviously didn't read that page otherwise you would have noticed they're listed as our Ally and a security partner. Never mind the page lists them as a fellow NATO member.

Other than a brief break in relations during the War of 1812, the United States and the United Kingdom have remained durable partners and Allies. Our partnership is the foundation of our mutual prosperity and security.
