Doesn't make it right and it's the officer and DAs call as to whether or not it was considered a threat against a public official or not. Every state is completely different as to what does or doesn't get considered a threat.

Saying that you are going to bring a firearm DOES NOT imply you are going to use it to enforce your beliefs through violence. Lookup the January 20th 2020 protest in Richmond as an example. Thousands attended with arms to protest, and not a single one was used. Only one arrest was made and that was for wearing a mask in public. Oh the irony and how times have changed…

Again, not comparable. If the organizing flier told folks to bring their weapons in order to protect their gun rights, then you'd have a valid comparison. Find me where someone responsible for the peaceful demonstration called for that.

She was rather incoherent in expressing she is going to bring guns, and then goes on to say something about making calls. The making calls part sounded to me like calling her local representative or something to that effect, but again it’s rather incoherent. Sounded to me like she was pissed and wanted to protest peacefully in the most effective way she knew how, but all we could do is guess as it’s unclear. Tell me where she said she was going to shoot up the school or physically harm someone. How on earth do you find that to be implied? Burden of proof would be on the prosecutor / district attorney, and anyone with a lick of sense can see it’s simply not there.
