Before you start calling the tip line for every little thing, it's important understand what is and what is not CRT. presumes that some students are consciously or unconsciously racist, sexist, or oppressive, and
that other students are victims.

This is the only attempt that the executive order gives to define CRT. So if a teacher wants to teach CRT, all they have to do is not call it CRT and they're gucci.

The Gov's order goes on state the following:

For the purposes of this Executive order “inherently divisive concepts” means advancing
any ideas in violation of Title IV and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964

So, he's banning calling racism CRT, and things that were already illegal.
