What CM's do casting Rangers train in?

I went with Combat Focus, Combat Movement, Combat Toughness, Cunning Defense, Disarm Weapon, Feint, and Side by Side. Mostly because I like passive skills and disarm and feint for the defense against those attacks. Side by Side because he hunts in a group with other people running Side by Side so the DS boost is nice.
