So does this mean the January 6 protesters can file the same lawsuit?

This is some weird "circle back" type stuff.

Apparently "protesters" surrounding and threatening the White House, forcing the security forces to sequester the President in the bunker for awhile, isn't an attempted "insurrection"... it's just protesting.
