This is your specific list of political greviences. The Constitution DOES provide remedy for that. Two remedies, to be precise- neither of which allows for violent insurrection.

Perhaps I'm just not as well versed in the Constitution as you are. Can you quote the part of it that provides attempts to overthrow the incoming elected government through violent insurrection as a remedy for your personal political grievences listed above for the rest of us?
