The phoen strength trinket is a brooch, pin worn I guess. There's so many rechargeables it's kind of 'whatever' but this is very useful for my battlemage.

Phoen's Strength MR - 1-2m, depending on the activator (less for tap, more for rub, raise). There is a neckworn, rub 606 MR available as a prize for NATA, and Tsarok and Roblar often have them for sale.
On the PP's, $200-350 for each block. The blocks are decent, but not big enough for anything really high end. A lot of things (like Zelnorn) that used to be 'PP only' can now be worked on by players. Prices vary by demand. You may consider checking out the Wanted sub-forum and reaching out to folks who have been looking for them.
