The tweet that said stay peaceful happened 38minutes after the Capitol was breeched. And that tweet was AFTER his tweet saying Pence didn't have courage that went out 24 minutes after the breech. That tweet about Pence came after he was told Pence was in danger by the way. He never told anyone to go home until 3 hours later in a video in which he praised the rioters and told them they were loved.
