Okay, what is up with the theory that an Army Delta Force unit was sent to Germany to seize a voting machine hacking thingy from the CIA, and then got into a shootout with the CIA with multiple dead, with the Army successfully seizing this unit. I'm sorry, that sounds so far fetched to be so outside the realms of possibility. Does anyone have any comment or link with proof???
