What's really funny is I'm pretty sure what took so long to sentence Flynn was because the judge didn't want Flynn to plea guilty if he didn't really think he was guilty, and now that Flynn has decided to change his plea now the judge wants to find him in contempt. At least that's what I heard about the whole judge not accepting his plea.

If that's true though then it's sounding more and more like the judge was looking for any reason to throw Flynn in jail, including not accepting the plea deal.

Trump should just pardon him and watched the liberals explode.

That logic doesn’t make sense. If the judge is looking for ANY reason to throw Flynn in jail..... Flynn plead guilty.... boom, sentence him and throw him in jail.

Because he was only looking at a maximum of 5 years for what he did plead guilty to (and I'm sure the prosecution sweetened the deal and was going to ask the judge to give him probation, which of course the judge doesn't have to listen to but still), he was facing much more time if he didn't accept a plea deal and was found guilty on all counts.

Now that the judge knows he has no legal basis for sentencing him to this plea deal he is getting desperate to throw him in jail on another set of bogus, trumped up charges, because he's a piece of shit who should be removed from the bench.
