Isn't that the same thing thing the court basically said?
Politicians kick people out of events all of the time. Let’s not pretend the people Trump is blocking were holding a civil discussion but just disagreed with his policies. They were just screaming what a racist and a bigot he and all of his supporters were. Imagine 15k+ time4funs just waiting for Trump to tweet so they could flood the comment sections with banal bullshit.

Trump isn’t preventing anyone from discussing things. They are more than free to whine to their heart’s content on Twitter and any other social media everyone he posts. He just doesn’t want their shit on his timeline.

AOC and other leftist politicians are blocking people left and right and no one says a word. This is just a massive overreach by the courts dictating what Trump can do on social media.

I think the key to the lawsuit is this:

Early on in his administration, the White House said that Trump's tweets should be considered official statements from the president. He's used his tweets to announce new policies and hirings and firings in his administration and to opine on political events of the day. As the 2nd Circuit noted, the National Archives even concluded the president's tweets were official records that had to be preserved under federal law.

So using your argument, I should be able to communicate with the president using telegraph. It would have been unconstitutional for them to end the use of telegraph as it would have diminished peoples ability to communicate with the president.

Like I said, the supreme court will shit all over this decision.

No, because he isn't incharge of the telegraph lines. IF they were still in use, and he specifically blocked you, then yes.

It's hard to argue when the white House team came out and stated it's for official business and policy. That's the key to the entire issue. Blocking someone on from receiving the information is the main issue.

Yep, it has also been ruled that Trump's twitter tweets are a matter of public record and are required to be archived in the LoC too.
