Job growth during Obama's last two years in office were slightly higher than Trump's first two years averaging 211k to 201k.
That's not what I commented on though. I commented on how instead of explaining Obama's failures in getting the economy back on track, the left instead insisted this was just the new normal and we had to get used to it. Then Trump comes along, proves them wrong, and give Obama credit for it anyways.
Also Obama's average GDP growth during his 8 years in office was 1.59. Going by full years so far Trump is averaging 2.55 with his third year already beating the average. So much for the "new normal."
