How do you explain a city like Detroit, 80%+ black, a mostly black Democrat government for decades, and the city is one of the poorest and crime ridden major cities in the country? What sort of polices are Democrats offering this city that is helping minorities?

Or a wealthy city like Chicago that has been ran by Democrats for decades, where there is a major disparity in wealth between blacks and whites.

Same goes for other large Democrat cities such as San Fransisco, Oakland, Portland, Seattle.

Just explain to me what sort of policies these Democrats provide to minorities other than "Republicans hate the color of your skin!"

Democrats aren't the only party in this country though. This kind of deep institutionalized racist policy needs major changes that both parties need to be on board with.
