Screw all that. I'd just have a restaurant in a better state that doesn't try to pull all kinds of stupid bullshit.
Straws are also illegal in Cali. Seems to me like someone got bad service at a restaurant and just wants to kill the industry. Next thing you know, meat cannot be served on a plate for cash.
