If you have a lot of equity in tech stocks, suggest that you don't watch the market today as things are going to get a bit ugly. The cause is largely an overreaction (well at least my opinion is that it's an overreaction) to disappointing Facebook earnings.

Yeah...I just lost a lot of imaginary money this morning
It's less about Facebook and more about the fact that Trump's trade war and the rapidly escalating US debt has made every other segment volatile, and everyone was counting on tech stocks to hold things up.
The fear is that this will lead to the whole house of cards falling apart.
