Just getting back into the swing of things and looking to see where the market is. What can I expect to pay for some of the following things?

1000lb sack
10x DB
Self mana items like 215 and 219
Some 8x+ HCP+ fulls
High end runestaves - What does those look like now?

I do not think I can buy all of these things, but would be interested to know what they go for.

You'd be mistaken. Not unless you re-rolled it at the inn, releasing the name so that I could use it when I rolled the character new back in '07 or '08.
