I am actually not surprised that Trump voters don't care about the Russia investigation. It isn't going to end up mattering. Nothing matters. Nothing has mattered for years. Trump will remain in office.

So let me get this straight..

Trump fires Flynn.. because Flynn lied to VP Pence and others about his dealings with Russia/Turkey.

Flynn now is indicted for lying (which he was already fired for).. makes a plea deal.. and is now saying that Trump officials possibly ordered him to make contact with the Russians.

This all after a year? Meanwhile talk about charging his son with criminal acts has been quietly taken off the table.

I'm not claiming to know one way or another.. and I hate to think a former Soldier would fall victim to greed/lying, but the majority of allegations against Flynn were so he could personally gain financially (not collude to affect an election).. and I know everyone is now on the "Trump did it!!!!!" hype-train.. but doesn't it seem a bit odd the timing/circumstances surrounding it to get him to talk? Just saying.

Again.. remember what this is all about.. or how it started.. the accusation was that Trump knowingly asked and worked with the Russians to affect an election. No indictment or accusation has proven anything to that effect. Everyone indicted so far was doing things that would personally benefit them monetarily..

If Flynn is supposed to be the smoking gun.. it better be more than a "he said - he said" thing..

I hope someone comes forward with some recordings soon and put this thing to rest. Either get some substantial proof and do what the law requires to Trump and whoever else.. then move on to the rest of our politicians and clean the whole damn place out. Our politicians are to fucking corrupt as is.

I actually care.. I just wish the law would apply to EVERYONE. Regardless of party or affiliation or position. What depresses me is that our country is so hyper-partisan that it's wrong if "their side does it"... but okay or should be forgiven if it's someone on "our side".

I hate that.. law is the law.. apply it to everyone.. from the President on down.

This came about because Trump fired Comey. It isn't just about collusion, it's also about obstruction of justice.

Republicans have spent over 100 million investigating Bill and Hillary... So now that a Republican is being investigated you're gonna cry foul?

Comey was a fucking idiot. Firing him should have occurred. If you'll recall.. 6 months prior all the Democrats were calling for his resignation.

Stop mixing apples and oranges. There is no obstruction of justice going on right now. There is, arguably, "focused" justice as opposed to blind justice depending on your viewpoint.

Again.. I don't care who they are, what party affiliation, or what position they hold.. apply the law. But it should be applied fairly. Sadly there are very, very few impartial people left.

No obstruction? How do you figure? We have Trump asking Comey for an oath of loyalty. We have Trump asking Comey to drop the Flynn investigation. We have Trump firing Comey and telling the Russians it relieved a great deal of pressure on him. And on and on..

    What foul am I crying?

Facts bear out that the Clinton's did some illegal shit.. You don't see them charged do you? Sound like it has been applied?

You think I only mean the Clinton's.. I mean them all.. You ever take a look at Nancy Pelosi's finances and contracts that her husbands firm has been awarded throughout the years? You see the call for Moore to get out of a Senate race (Which I fully agree he should and that he should be investigated)... Yet Al Franken (with proof of sexual assault and his own admission) is allowed to retain his current seat of power (when he should step down and be fired as well)... I could go on and on..

I'm all for.. if you sexually assault someone.. You should not be allowed to be the PEOPLE's representative.

I'm all for.. if you use your position to enrich yourself and your family to the tune of millions based upon the way you vote or push public funds around.. You should not be allowed to be the PEOPLE's representative.

I'm all for.. if you lie under oath or try to deceive others.. You should not be allowed to be the PEOPLE's representative.

I could go on and on.. My thing is.. I don't care what party they belong to.. I just want them all judged accordingly.

You on the other hand.. /shrug.

Right, I was only the biggest cheerleader for Hillary being investigated last year. Pull your big boy pants on and stop bitching because Trump and his cronies are going down, and rightfully so.
