Can 5 rank CMAN bonded weapon still be removed from you or stolen off your corpse? Or it always comes back?

Khaladon starts to turn the crystal knob, but stops with a frightened look on his face. He begins shaking uncontrollably and flies across the room, as though by some invisible force.

**SPLAT!!** Khaladon careens off the far wall, slides down the smooth wood panelling and collapses into a quivering heap on the floor, with only his dignity bruised.

So some $4000 item can just be gone, just like that?

Item loss has always been possible. It isn't likely that you'll lose an item though. Usually other players will help you get things back. If it is valuable and the janitor took it, a GM will often restore it to you.

Bummer. Wonder what the most expensive item ever lost was.

Item loss is slowly being phased out. Keep it safe for now until the Disarm changes roll in.

Feels like this should be a bigger priority than it currently is. And if phased out means continually introducing new creatures with disarm then we have different meanings for it.

If you die before it returns, it won't return. When it's disarmed, someone can quickly grab it and put it in a container, and it won't return.
