Yup. Lots of reports coming out now about how these "anti-protesters" were being extremely violent and escalating shit. Also reports about those reports being suppressed by higher ups.

The police did nothing to deescalate the growing problem.

It resulted in a group of people being mowed down by a car.

Lots of shit happened that culminated in this tragedy but people don't want to discuss the facts of what happened, they only want to accuse others of being a Nazi if they do anything but denounce white nationalists.

Pretty much anytime a mass shooting took place, calling for more gun control laws when the gun used in said shooting was already obtained illegally. And you would tell us about how if gun control thing #4782904782 saved even just one life then it's all worth it.

That chick, Heather Heyer, was peacefully protesting an Alt-Right white supremacist Nazi KKK sympathizing hate group rally. As an American citizen she is protected by the Constitution to peacefully assemble. The rules of the road say that pedestrians had the right of way in her situation. Heather was someone who wanted peace and a better world. A lunatic snapped, decided to kill people, and Heather who was peacefully protesting against hate was murdered in the process.

You know who else rams cars in to crowds? Seen the news out of Europe in the past few years? People with an ideology that justifies their intent on killing as many people as they can.

No one has said that. The guy in the car is definitely unhinged and needs to be in jail regardless of his political beliefs.

Anyone who identifies as a member of the KKK should be treated like any terrorist based on the KKK's history and stated purpose. They terrorize a segment of the population of rightful American citizens. They should not be allowed to exist in America.

You really surprised me. I thought you were more mature than to jump straight to finger-pointing, divisive, us vs. them politics over this tragedy. Your initial reaction is certainly very emotionally charged and based on fear. It's a gut reaction to a perceived fear like how people jump out of bed so the boogey-man hiding underneath it does not grab their ankle.

I seem to recall Tgo condemning the driver several times in this thread and specifically stating that he doesn't support much of anything about the people there other than their right to lawfully protest, with the emphasis being on lawfully. The worst thing I've seen him say is the anti-protesters were stupid for both protesting without a permit which is what resulted in this chaos in the first place, because whether you agree with the Nazi idiots on retard team #1 or not, they still went through the proper channels with the local government to organize their protest while the people on retard team #2 didn't, and also to not be surprised if people get run over in a situation like that, despite the fact that he doesn't support or condone any of what happened.

But you know, I could be wrong, in which case I hope you'll correct me in great detail.
