Sure it is, if I'm armed and you assault me for saying something you don't like, I have every right to defend myself by any means. If that ends up killing you it's your bad for assaulting me in the first place.
Is it OK to pepper spray and throw rocks at people that say things you don't like?

You do know that 'assault' and 'blocking traffic' are not the same thing right?
We really need to reexamine who the 'snowflakes' are if you feel threatened by people walking in the street.
Kinda troubling that rush hour traffic apparently justifies vehicular homicide if I feel 'threatened' enough.
Of course not. But killing people with cars isn't either. It is pretty obvious that your defensive argument means you support the groups who were rallying that day. It's saddening that you can't see how an innocent good person got killed because of all that stupid shit and assign blame where it belongs. You keep pointing to politics. I think it is you who is being blinded by politics.

Have any evidence that the dead woman pepper sprayed anyone? Or evidence that any of the other persons critically injured by this nut job? They were walking, oh gosh, maybe even jay walking, right by a building where a prayer vigil had recently let out. Was praying for peace justification for homicide in your bizarre world? This isn't a case of self defense, stop trying to make it into one. You should really be asking yourself why you are trying to justify what this guy did. I'm pretty sure it has more to do with your agreeing with his views than it does with some sort of bizarre legal justification for his actions.
I don't use Lich. If you want to do business with me, contact me via PM, IG, or on AIM. Or maybe use smoke signals. Don't like it, get off of my lawn.
She's not innocent, she placed herself in harms way knowing full well that the streets were a war zone. The people she was marching with march under the banner of two extremist groups that have an extended history of violence and property damage. She was a fucking idiot, just like the driver of the car.
