Runestaves are Base RT 6

The wiki had a question mark for the base RT of a runestaff, so I grabbed some coins to figure things out. Updated the wiki, but I figured I should post my data somewhere.

A clean miss.
Roundtime: 8 sec.

You depress a pair of buttons on the handle of your runestaff and a blade shoots out from the tip, locking into place.

You swing a warsword at a forest bendith!
AS: +154 vs DS: +178 with AvD: +35 + d100 roll: +32 = +43
A clean miss.
Roundtime: 8 sec.

You carefully inspect your warsword.

After a careful inspection you determine that an ironwood-hilted warsword requires skill in twohanded weapons to use effectively. It appears to be a modified bastard sword.

Same base RT as a bastard sword, so base RT 6.
