I never really cared much about toys so I never had this done, but I imagine it could be something special for the right person. I believe this is from the 2004 Spitfire.

Since I can't guarantee that the GM is still around and that it would be honored it comes with a money back guarantee. If you can't get the work done, return the parchment for a full refund.

Turns out the toy is expired, talked with GM and they would not budge, didnt give a reason other than "You have any idea how old that is" I asked them to mark the paper expired they did, worked with Everan and true to their word I got my money back. Shame it didn't work out but was a pleasure dealing with everyone involved.
