Neat idea. I'd think it'd be better as something you sprinkle on something... That can be made with alchemy. That way everyone would have a way to access it instead of just a few classes with the spell circle it would go in. Also, you'd have to chant "Light as a feather, stiff as a board" 6 times before it went into effect.
