This lace and silk underskirts can either be worn beneath a gown or laced into one to change the gown's description. The lace and silk underskirts are fully unlocked and trapped for LACE, UNLACE, WEAR, REMOVE, TURN, PUSH, PULL, RUB, POSE, CURTSY, SASHAY, and DANCE.
The lace and silk underskirts may be altered as long as it remains some sort of underskirt or petticoat that would be acceptable as part of a gown alteration. It is not intended to be lingerie or risque. Keep in mind that the underskirts will not be visible in your inventory when you are wearing it alone.
You get no sense of whether or not the underskirts may be further lightened.

1st person:
As you tap your boots together, they begin to glow brightly, and your feet begin to move, seemingly of their own accord, and suddenly you are dancing with wild abandon. The boots vibrate with energy that flows through you, and you gradually give yourself up to the remarkable explosion of grace and agility that had been buried within.
Gradually, the energy dissipates, and you collapse in a heap of heart-pounding exhaustion.
3rd person:
Maags taps her boots together, and then begins to move, slowly at first, then picking up more and more speed, till she is little more than a blur of color and motion. Faster and faster, she whirls, barely touching the ground now, as the energy from her magical boots seems to overtake her entire body in a dance of such wild beauty and grace that you are left nearly breathless with wonder.
At last, the boots begin to slow, and Maags collapses in an exhausted heap nearby.
