    You pick up the hatchet, hefting it once or twice for feel, and send it spinning end over end toward the target with a mighty heave. Holding your breath, you stare down range in anticipation.

    A small vaalorn hatchet hits the target with a mighty *THUNK*. A snooty Vaalorian woodsman squints toward the target nodding. "The red ring huh? Better than I expected of the likes of you." He begrudgingly hands you a black canvas pouch.

    You head toward the imflass javelin and a retired Legionnaire approaches you, holding out a hand and demanding 500 silver.
    You hand over the coins.

    Hoisting the javelin high, you take several running steps toward the green and launch it toward the dummy with all your might.
    Roundtime: 10 sec.

    A slender imflass javelin sails gracefully through the air, impacting the dummy with a sickening *THUD*. A retired Legionnaire raises a looking glass to his eye, peering across the green before calling out, "A hit to the arm!" He turns to a young lad and mutters a few words before handing you a black canvas pouch.

    You head toward the vultite dagger and a tiny gnome approaches you, holding out a hand and demanding 500 silver.
    You hand over the coins.

    You pick up the vultite dagger and send it spinning end over end toward the row of tin targets with a quick flick of your wrist. Closing your eyes slightly, you listen for the victorious *CLANG*!
    Roundtime: 10 sec.

    At the moment of release, you realize something has gone terribly awry as you watch the vultite dagger sail harmlessly above the row of tin targets. A tiny gnome chuckles and says, "Again?"
