And it doesn't matter if people are regularly killed or not, health codes exist for a reason. Working in the back of a restaurant and food preparation is a job that is generally in the public trust. You may not consider it the equivalent of a police officer or a firefighter or something, but those people still need to behave like adults.
I suppose I just don't feel too sorry for people who act shitty to other people. There are very few instances where being a jackass to people who have to serve you can bite you in the ass. Food preparation is one of those few exceptions. Like I said, if the person is caught doing it, they deserve everything that's coming to them.

Hyperbole aside, I doubt for as often as it happens that anyone is even aware, let alone even moderately injured. Feel free to take the moral high ground, though. You're probably right on principle, but that still won't stop people from eating spit when they're assholes.

I don't care how badly you believe yourself to be treated. If you put something that is not part of the recipe in my food you should be charged with a crime. It is inexcusable.

Refuse service if the customer is really acting so badly. Don't resort to criminal behavior.

Sorry, I didn't realize I was taking any ground. Just stating general facts. The health codes exist for a reason.

Sorry, I consider you a friend, I've gamed with you and everything.

Uhhh..... who here thinks police officers aren't more-than-uncommonly just regular people with SEVERE issues they bring onto the job, and abuse their power to influence/disturb other people's lives because of real/imagined slights?

    Just saying.

I was talking about jobs within the public trust that are generally held to a higher standard than other jobs. I don't know what you are talking about?

I'm saying that, just like people that take offense at a steakhouse, and do something about it.... police officers do that too. They don't fuck with your food though. They fuck with your life.

You're going off on a rant that has nothing to do with the point I was making. Replace "police officer" with EMT if you want.

If they go beyond the scope of their duties in doing so then they should be punished too. Criminal behavior is criminal behavior.

I agree. Never said I didn't. Just like Fallen, I acknowledge that these people put themselves at risk for such behavior.

Doesn't mean some people don't deserve something not-so-nice to happen to them for being not-so-nice in life.
