You need to learn to distinguish between what matters and what does not matter at all. Then only 'worry' about stuff that falls in the former (and 'worry' less about stuff in the grey area in between).
A healthy dose of "F it, I do not care" will probably do you some good. Staying off the drugs/booze will help too.
