Grasping at the first signs of Spring with both hands, legs and anything else I can find... This outfit was totally inspired by Rohese's little dollmaker thread a while back. It was such a cute little outfit I had to have it!
You see Riend Ar'Fiernel the Defender of Wehnimer's Landing.
She appears to be a Sylvankind.
She is tall in stature and appears to be in the bloom of youth. She has oblique malachite-flecked chestnut eyes and gardenia white skin. She has fine, textured mournbloom black hair worn short and slightly mussed, save for a few locks pulled to the side and restrained by a slim copper filigree barrette. She has an oval face and delicately pointed ears. She has a pair of mechanical goggles with oversized glass lenses strapped to her forehead.
She has a trio of carved ivory hoops set along the slender tips of her pointed ears.
She is in good shape.
She is wearing a silk-backed wrought copper choker, a flat-paneled riveted azure corse tover a cream bourde dress with lace peeking out from the thigh-length hem, some fingerless ivory lace gloves extending to elbow-length, an enamel blossom-framed case, and a pair of over-the-knee cognac linen socks under some thick cream suede chopines beneath side-buttoned azure wool spatterdashes.
choker: Layered over a wide choker of ebon silk are ornate copper whorls of varying sizes, each one intricately fitted with the next. Centered on the choker is a slender, copper-link chain suspending a large circular timepiece. Bulbous in shape, the timepiece has been inset with a number of cogs in different shapes and sizes giving a rustic appearance despite the delicate inlay of its pearly vaalin face.
corset: Shapely panels of rich, azure satin cleverly hide the stiff boning of this longline corset while small copper buckles cinch its wide shoulder straps. Twin columns of square copper rivets trail down the garment's flat front, creating a decorative focus to its hourglass shape. A series of cogs and keys in a variety of warm-toned metals have been strung on a long chain draped between the third rivet down and the outside right hip.
