I have a scar from the last time I tried to bathe her. I was ten. No thanks
I will, however, boil some water in my electric kettle and then put it next to her bed and try to steam her out that way... I just think she would be really upset if I tried to put her in a bath.
It hasn't affected her appetite really, which is a concern with URIs in cats. She has the runny nose, and teary eyes and sneezing, most stuff says it should go away on its own but it hasn't so far. :|

Hold her by the scruff of the neck, and sit in the water with her indian style. Place her in the middle of your diamond and put your free hand under her front paws. She will grouse, but be controlled. Hold the edge of your hand just shy of her thumb claw and she will claw out without hurting you.

Uh. I wear a pair of work jeans and a white t-shirt into the tub when I bathe my cats. Just saying.
You should probably do some denim jeans and a long sleeved shirt.

What if I put vicks on my arm, she likes to rest her chin on my arm, maybe that'd be just as helpful and less painful for me.

You can dab Vicks on her nose, or her chin. If she eats it or licks it, it won't hurt her. If you're willing to spring cash, put her in your tiniest room *like the bathroom with the hot sink* with a vaporizer.
Don't use a giant glob of Vicks.

If you put it under her chin, it's better because she can't eat it. Just saying.
