Had to pay $50 for the original Megaman in good condition for NES today. Usually it's the later sequels that command the higher prices for nes games. Megaman 2 or 3 is usually argued to be the best of the series for NES, and those can be had for $25 each. On the other hand, Ninja Gaiden III cost me $50.
