I discount solar energy, because I'm an uncaring SOB that wants to live in comfort and pay rock bottom prices to do so. I pay cheap labor to do my yard work, I leave all of my lights on and run the AC all day, I wash my car every day, I'll flush my toilet 4 times after I use it - just to make sure it's all down there, I do not donate to any organizations like PETA or Greenpeace, I drive a 3 ton truck that gets 6 miles to the gallon, I own a coal mine, a shoe factory in Honduras (where those kids know how to work, whereas kids in America are all fat lazy bastards), I walk past poor people with a cup out on the street and laugh while I do, I throw out half eaten meals in the trash just because I can afford it and I don't like when it gets a little cold...... etc., etc., etc.

Now is that silly?
